    Dylan Frittelli in Mauritius
    Relaxed ahead of his defence

The last two winners of the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open at Anahita will tee off together when the fourth staging of the stunning event gets under way on Thursday.

Dylan Frittelli won his second European Tour title last season when he defeated Arjun Atwal in a play-off, and he will start his defence at Four Seasons Golf Club alongside 2016 champion Jeunghun Wang and Austria’s Bernd Wiesberger at 7:20am.

Wang, who tasted victory when the event was last staged here, said: ‘I’m so happy to come back. I love this course so I’m so excited to play this week and I hope I play well.

‘I won here two years ago, so it feels a little different coming here compared to other tournaments.

‘I’m just really enjoying being here right now. I don’t feel any pressure. I hope just to enjoy this week and enjoy Mauritius.’

Wiesberger is making his long-awaited return after seven months out with a wrist injury, and all eyes will be on the marquee group at the tenth tee on Thursday morning.

Four-time Major Champion Ernie Els is making his debut in Mauritius this week and he tees off with fellow South African Justin Harding and Belgian Nicolas Colsaerts at 12:20pm.

South African pair Haydn Porteous and Zander Lombard tee off with Frenchman Benjamin Hebert at 12:30pm, while Atwal gets his campaign under way alongside Lee Slattery and Alex Haindl 20 minutes earlier.
