Greg Norman and his replacement, Scott O’Neil, both received staggering payments despite LIV Golf facing its most troubling financial times.
Norman was rewarded with a payment of nearly $10 million almost a year after he was dumped as the face of the rebel golf league.
While the money flowed freely … CEO Scott O’Neil banked a tidy $6.3 million retention payment. And this was only months before LIV Golf filed for bankruptcy.
As the players flee en masse, it has also been revealed that O’Neil was paid $214 000 a month for his services as the leader of the organisation.
