The Internationals stand on the brink of pulling off one of sport’s biggest upsets on Sunday at Medinah.

The Singles on Sunday offers Geoff Ogilvy and his team the opportunity to make history as they seek to end 11 straight wins by the favourites.

The action starts at 6pm tonight.

Ogilvy got the better of USA captain Brandt Snedeker in announcing the lineups for the Singles as he put up Nico Echavarria after the US put forward Scottie Scheffler. And then he named Christiaan Bezuidenhout to face the in-form Chris Gotterup.

That allows the Internationals best players to potentially earn the five wins they need.
