• Koepka: ‘I played really well’

Brooks Koepka sits down with Shane O’Donoghue after shooting two over on Saturday to move into a tie for 2nd place at the US Open.

Koepka battered Erin Hills into submission for his first Major title and although not replicating his dominance during his third round, heads into the final round with a share of the lead after a 72.

The big-hitting American also called for the course superintendents to soak the greens and prepare better greens for the final round.

The last player to win back to back US Open’s was Curtis Strange in 1988 and 1989 with Ben Hogan (1950-51) the only other to achieve the feat since World War II.
