Southern Guards GC wrapped up the final Asian stop of the 2026 LIV Golf season with a seventh-place team finish at LIV Golf Korea, led by Branden Grace’s tie for 12th, just one shot outside the top 10.
The all-South African team combined for a score of 7-under-par to secure a top-seven result, continuing a season that has already featured multiple podium finishes and several strong individual performances.
Despite narrowly missing out on a top-10 finish, Grace took plenty of positives from his week at Asiad Country Club in Busan.
“It was just hard to get it going. It was hard to score,” said Grace.
“I hit a lot of good shots today and gave myself plenty of chances.
“I hit a lot of good putts too, I just couldn’t get the ball in the hole. It was nice to finish with two birdies in a row. Overall, I thought it was good. It was a really good golf course.”
